BESR 2010 Granular Restore - cannot find EIF file

Hi, I've recently installed the evaluation version of BESR 2010 which i downloaded from the site.
the backup works fine, with VSS enabled as well. However I keep getting "Cannot find EIF File" when trying to use the Granular restore for Exchange 2007 SP2.

please help as we're seriously considering buy the product.

Is your Exchange server clustered?  We ran into this issue because our Exchange server is clustered.  Symantec has a KB on it: here.
