BESR 2010 on win2k3 sp2 exchange 2003 sp2 reports status 'not reported,' why??

We are backing up an Exchange 2003 SP2 server on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise R2 SP2 with BESR 2010.

The server has:
C: -- system and app files
D: -- all the Exchange 2003 data files (edb, etc.)
E: -- page file
This is a VMware ESX 3.5 virtual server.
Some issues were observed before leading to a decision to exclude the pagefile volume from the backup.
The backup only backs up C: and D:

Recently BESR began saying 'not reported' for the status of the C:\ drive backup, regardless of whether the backup is automated/scheduled or manual.

What do I do to fix the 'not reported' status on the C: drive backup??

The backups are being done, BESR sends success messages.

Thank you, Tom

It sounds as though you might have configured status reporting incorrectly.

Open up the console and click on advanced. Select drive C and click on 'customize status reporting'. Select the option you want.

Hope this helps.
