BESR 2010 stuck at 95% updating history

Hello I have a Windows Server 2003 box experiencing the above issue  I have found this doc http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/307406.htm but does not appear to relate to 2010

I have also seen a few others experiencing the same issue but no solution

Any idea's

Did you ever get to the bottom of this?  I have at least 2 servers that have exactly the same issue.  Deleting the history file does not resolve the problem, in fact on looking at the hostory file I could see it had been updated when the backup got to 95%.

I 've seen similar issue resolved after apply the BESR Service Pack 1.0.
Pls apply the following patch: http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/347749.htm
