Please refer to the following technote:

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH135603 : Can Backup Exec System Recovery (BESR) back up Windows 2008 R2 Cluster Shared Volumes (CSV)?

http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=answerlink&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.symantec.com%2Fb...

BESR SCL (Software Compatibility List) . As per the SCL

While Backup Exec System Recovery can be used to protect cluster nodes and their volumes, failover situations are not supported.

You may also refer to the following technote explaining  previous versions of BESR in cluster

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH71235 : Best Practices for Backup Exec System Recovery 8.x in Cluster and SAN Environments

Hi Such,

I was read the technote about the previous version of BESR, I installed the agent BESR on both servers but when I try to select the shared volume (iscsi SAN) where are located the data, I cannot select the disk.

I will try to attach on picture with the message that I get.
