BESR 7.0 Best Practices

Hello Bill Felt,

I saw your name on a Symantec document as Last Updated By. Maybe you can help. The document is

Backup Exec System Recovery 7.0 Best Practices
Windows 2000/2003 Server and Active Directory Domain Controllers
The download site is:

ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/support/pub_bins/svc/documents/1177709655010.Best_Practices_--_BESR_7....

Apparently the pdf file is corrupt as pages 4, 7, and 8 are blank. Numerous downloads had the same result.
The error message when moving to page 4 was:  Adobe Reader  "An unrecognized token ' 9.2up'  was found."
Page 8 gave this error:  "Insufficient data for an image."  Each download attempt resulted in these errors on these same pages.

After unsuccessfully trying Restore Anywhere with no resolution from Support, we built a new server from scratch. We're trying it again on another server (I know, glutton for punishment) before giving up but I'd like to read this document in its entirety first.

I normally wouldn't use this forum for this type of issue but there didn't appear to be any other avenue to correct the problem.

Can you help?
