BESR 8.5 2008 SBS Virtual Conversion

Hello,

I am trying to convert a recovery point of our Windows 2008 SBS SP2 to a .VHD. The process runs for  almost 2 hours and then fails with the below message. I have tried this twice and can't seem to find any helpful information on the error. Has anyone else seen this error or know how to fix it?

Error EC8F1F48: The conversion process could not be completed. Error EC8F1F45: Cannot convert image file. Error E0030003: MsVhd returned error 665. 'MsVhd::WriteSectors' failed in MsVirtualDisk::DoWrite on file: D:\Virtual Hard Disk\OCSBS_C_Drive002.vhd. Error E0030003: MsVhd returned error %1. '%2' failed in %3 on file: %4.

Run chkdsk:

-Mount the backup and check for errors.

-Create the VHD from another BESR host

-Mount the VHD; You may use M$ WAIK or VHDMount utilities. Windows Server 2008 R2 will let you surface the VHD just like a regular disk.

Try what AJT suggests. If that does not work, does this happen on a scheduled conversion? If so, attempt to do a manual conversion rather than through the schedule. If this resolves the issue, it is related to a bug which is currently being addressed and will be resolved in a future service pack. (see http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/318301.htm).
