I've taken over the management of a server that is running Windows 2003 Enterprise 64bit with 3 VMServers running on it. I have installed the BESR Manager and console on the server but the Web service keeps stopping so I'm unable to logon to the console. I've read where if there is another application that uses tomcat to change the settings under the server.xml to use different ports for the connector port for http and for ssl connector port. I've changed both those and it still stops. Any ideas on what else I need to look at?
