BESR Client Issues

I am having an issue with getting the clients to show up in the BESR Manager Console. There are two instances (two subnets). The first, I have had to do a restore of the host machine (Server 2K3), and had since made changes to the Management Console. Thus, the machine that was installed post restore-point does not show up. The client machine still has the BESR client on it, but I can't get it to talk to the host machine. I have done the InstallFix.bat, and several attempts from the PublisherUI.exe - https://Host-Name:8443/axis/publisher.....  Changed HostName to IP, used http instead of https, changed the port to 8080, and combination of all of those, with every attempt failing to publish back to the host machine. I have stopped and started the services on both host and client machines and changed the credentials in their properties.  The second subnet, we successfully installed the client, but no luck on it reporting back to the host box. I tried all the same solutions. Other clients are reporting fine.  Any help?

What versions of the software are you using? Can you verify that the connection was occuring before the host machine restore?

You can reinstall the management control -- it does not require a reboot.

I am hesitant to uninstall and reinstall the client due to the nature of the box (a hot system that is a hassle to reboot)

We are using version 8.5.1. One the first subnet (the one with the restore) the client and host were talking just fine. I even performed a full backup of the C:\ drive on the client. And I can uninstall and install just the Management Control portion while leaving the BESR on the client, with no restart?

Thanks in advance,

Reinstalling the MC worked- and with no reboot.
