What is the best way to setup Email Notifications?

I need to know when a job completes and fails.  I don't need to get notified when it starts etc.

Have a look at page 59 of the users guide -> http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=DOC3911

But I think SSR doesn't provide the level of granularity you want, you may have to make a compromise. Afaik the information about completition of a job is on the same level with the start information, so you'd receive both. Failures should be no problem.

Start/stop information is under category Information, Errors are under category errors - obviosly.

Does Symantec list anywhere what constitutes a High or Medium Priority message etc.?
