BESR Offsite Copy Failure

Description: Error EC8F1F5B: Cannot create offsite copy for job Drive Backup of  (C:\), New Volume (D:\).
       Error EC8F1F5D: Cannot create offsite copy \\xxx\yyy\zzz_C_Drive311.v2i.
       Error E7D1001D: Unable to open '//xxx/yyy/zzz_C_Drive311.v2i'.
               Error EBAB03F1: Access is denied.
       Error E7D10049: Device mainbackups appears to be offline, disconnected, or otherwise unavailable.
Error EBAB03F1: Unspecified error.
Details: Unspecified error

The above error comes up routinely. The drive is accessible, the credentials are correct and backups have periodically been able to succeed. Any ideas?

Thanks I took a look and I've tried what was suggested. We were setup correctly. i'm wondering if the ethernet drive could be the problem and not the configuration. The drive has it's own authentication.

Maybe, can you configure the device for anonymous access, just for testing ?
