BESR and BEWS and Domains

Quick question, is it possible to have DLO option on a workgroup...any work around? And if not, can I use BESR to back up my clients over the network like using BEWS with DLO option?

Yes it is possible to have DLO option in Workgroup. Please refer to the following technote which puts some light over the requirements:

Also to answer your second question, BESR can be used to backup the clients over the network. For that you will have to setup the Recovery Point destincation over the network through the UNC Path.
