BESR2010 backup problem RDX drive

Hi i wonder if someone can help me

i can backup no problem to the RDX tape drive but it doesnt seem to overwrite the previous job i have tried limiting to the recovery points to 1 but it still doesnt seem to work

can someone shed some light on this for me?

I have ended up carving out a space on my local drive for D2D backup, and then putting my RDX drive as the off-site.  This has worked fairly well and has allowed me to manage my 500GB partition (strangely the same size as my RDX drive), using the standard tools.
