BESRD (260) - BESRM (1) Clients cannot connect to manager?

Hello,
 
I am currently in process of deploying Backup Exec system recovery desktop to approximately 260 of our deployed systems and am using the management utility, however I am unable to get the clients to communicate with the management server, they can download easy installers fine, but when it the software is installed it won't pull the configuation from the server. Everything is version 7.
 
Any help would be appreciated, thanks

It was a problem with the license file.

I realize that you have since resolved this problem, but if possible we are interested in getting as many details about the situation in which the error was occurring as possible.
 
Can you offer any additional details on your network topology, operating systems (and service pack) running on each system, how BESRM was implemented, and any additional details on the circumstances under which these problems were occurring?
