Back up problem with drive D

 I have successfully backed up for the first time. Unfortunately, I have now lost access todrive D, is it possible for the Symantec package to cause this problem?

Did it dissappear from windows explorer or is it not showing up in the BESR console similar to this post:

 I lost all contact to drive D. It diappeared from my computer. However I reported the problem to Norton & it was solved by one of their technicians. I think it is a problem that has occurred before.
