Hi all, we sell BESR 8.5 to our clients and usually have no issues. but with my current client the backup takes far too long. for example I set the system backing up 2 hours and and it has only done 4mb and is still on 5%, how can this be?
System processes look ok. its a windows 7 32bit machine.
Backup up to a samsung hard drive.
To test all hardware a ran a windows backup which completed in 3 hours to do the full 200gb
any suggestions would be great as im at the end of my patience with symantec at the min.
