Backup System Recovery on Hyper-V platform?

I am looking at installing Backup System Recovery on a Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard (64-Bit) that is a Hyper-V platform. We also have our Backup Exec software installed on this server. I was wondering if there would be any complications with this combination or not.

I could not find any articles where it has been mentioned that there is any issue with BE, BESR and Hyper-V role installed on the same machine.

So I think you can go ahead with the installation and it should work fine. Only care you will have to take is ensure that Backup Exec 's and BESR's backup do not run at the same time.
