COM Error when attempting to launch SBESR v7.1 after install

Hi all,

We've just installed System Recovery v7.1 onto a Win 2003 Ent Ed. Server and when coming to launch the application, we receive the following error:

Unable to load configuration information. Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {69C3E4B8-ACC2-41F0-85D6-403C53A9A38D} failed due to the following error: 80040154

After click OK, this appears:

Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {69C3E4B8-ACC2-41F0-85D6-403C53A9A38D} failed due to the following error: 80040154

The Server has 4GB Ram installed, all the latest Windows updates and all versions of .NET installed (inc v3)

Can anyone shed any light on this
