Can access Download Center, but can't logon

I have a centrally-managed system, where all the nodes were able to access the download center (port 8443) and download the manager control through easy installer.

But one of my nodes allows me to get to the download center login page, but no matter what I enter in for the username and password and hit enter, the page just refreshes back to the first page. No error or anything.

Check the BESRM logs unter %programfiles%\Symantec\Backup Exec System Recovery\Manager.

Hm, well then you might file a case with Symantec ?
