What do you mean by 'classic option is not available' ?
What operating system is this on?

OK, thanks.
Can you please translate the message into English (the message below 'Classique').
Could you also confirm the version you are using (check in Help/About for version details).
EDIT: What do you see if you click on the '?' on the right-hand side below 'Classique' ?

Can you run LiveUpdate and update to SP2 (11.1.2)? A reboot will be needed after SP2 is installed.
Then try again..
Also, can you run the WINVER command from the command prompt - what does this return (provide a screenshot please).

Is this 32 or 64bit version of Windows 7 Home Premium?
Could you also run command prompt as admin, then run the following command:
bcdedit /enum OSLOADER
Please provide a screenshot of the results.

You need to run command prompt as administrator.

Thanks for this.
I'm looking into this. As a workaround, you can use the advanced option to create a recovery disk - this requires Microsoft ADK to be installed.
EDIT: It looks like your WinRe partition is on volume D. It usually appears on volume C. Have you made this change so that it's now on D? Just curious to understand how this happened (not sure if this is the cause yet but this is what we suspect the problem to be).

Not my own. This partition was maid by H.P when I'd bought this machine

Quick update:
Our engineering team are working on a fix for this issue. I will share details of the fix when it's ready.

OK, we think we have found the problem.
The description for your Windows Recovery Environment when using the BCDEDIT command has (recupere) on the end. Looks like this is causing a problem.
The simple solution is to rename this so that is just reads: Windows Recovery Environment
You can change this using the bcdedit set command, as per:
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff543429%28v=vs.85%29.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396
Let me know if this helps.
