Hello everybody,

I use product Symantec System Recovery 2013 Management Solution installed on server 2008 R2 SP1.

I have several backups policy configured which run well. I didn't have this error before.

But, I can not select the desired drived when I create a new backup policy.

When I click on All drives on selected computers, It appears a blank page with error :

An unexpected error has occurred in the application. For further details, see Altiris Log Viewer.

Thanks for your response

Can you open up the Altiris Log Viewer (on the Management server) and check the error you are seeing at the time of reproducing this issue? Please provide a screenshot that shows the error.

Samir,

Thanks but this will require more detailed analysis. Can you open a support case please?

Yes, I can open a case.

But I didn't found my product of web site. Which products can I choose ?

1- I connected me on https://mysymantec.force.com/customer/s/

2 - I clicked on "Request Assistance" > I select "I am having an issue with my product" > I choose a subject > I click on next

3- I click on "add" in order to add my product

But the following products "System Recovery Management Solution" or "System Recovery Server Edition" don't appear on list.

I sent you a screenshot

Thanks

Samir

These are Veritas products now, so please do not use the Symantec website...

Try from here instead: https://my.veritas.com/

Thanks Chris.

I will test now by passing by the new site.
