Cannot Download Trial of Symantec System Recovery Desktop

When I try to download the trial version of Symantec System Recovery Desktop from the Symantec download page (http://buy.symantec.com/estore/clp/productdetails/pk/system-recovery-desktop-edition) I only receive an empty zip folder. I am using Firefox under Windows 7. I never have download problems. Once I click 'save' Firefox always saves the file on my desktop.

I tried it a 3rd time and it worked. Not sure what happened the first 2 attempts.  sorry
