Hello
I have created a recovery point set however when I apply a computer to the policy it doesn't save. When I return to the recovery set list the assigned computers value is 0 on this policy. I've tried assigning different computers, no difference. When I go to the client software it isn't pulling down the policy.
Any ideas please?

Ok, what filter do you use for assinging the policy?

Hi Markus,
The filter I am using is 'exclude computers not in computer list HOSTNAME' which works fine and shows only the server I need to select.
I click on the server, it's says '1 computer selected' then I click OK.
I then click save changes but when the recovery point set list refreshes, the policy in question still says 0 against assigned computers.
If I click on the policy in the list it does actually say applied to computer list 1 item in the box to to right.
It's still not being applied to the server though... :(

You should check on the client machine. Is the Symantec Management Agent communicating with the management server?
Is the SSR Plugin installed?

I just ended up configuring the job from the client on the server instead.

OK, but when the server is managed by the SSR-MS that job would disappear on the nex sync schedule.
