Cannot open .nsf database file saved from Lotus Notes (RRV Bucket is Corrupt)

Hi I have saved the Lotus Notes database file with extension .nsf previously from another computer but is not able to open it with my Lotus Notes in my new computer. The error from Lotus Notes shows "RRV bucket is corrupt". I learnt that I need the file ID but unfortunately I did not save it. Could any expert help to enlighten whether is there any way to open it? I have tried Stellar Phoenix Lotus Note Recovery v2.0 but the recovery was not successful and can't even preview the file.

Your kind assistance is very much appreciated. Thank you.

Sure you posted in the right forum ? Anyway: An RRV bucket is a place that stores data (either summary or non-summary, or, in some cases both). An RRV is an index into the database and is the same as the noteid.

The error is an indication that the *.nsf file is corrupted. To workaround the corruption, rename *.nsf to *.old and pull a new replica of the database through File\Replication\New Replica from a spoke to the server where the corrupt database resides.
