Clients don't appear in BESR 2010 Manage tasks

Hi, I have BESR 2010 Management Solution and have succesfully deployed agents, plugins, all policies and all appear to work correctly however none of my clients will appear in the manage tasks section???? it makes it very difficult to monitor my backup clients! anybody have any ideas?

Try restarting the AexNSClient services on the clients. This might help.

Are you sure that you are using the correct organizational view?

On the left-hand side of the Manage Tasks section, check what you see directly under 'Organizational Views'. Does it read 'All Computers'? If not, you may need to change that so that you can see all your clients.
