Hello sir,
What is the difference between SSR 2013 x86 & SSR 2013 x64?
if i use x86 ssr boot disk on x64 machines will it work fine?

If the machine can run x86 code basically yes.

x86 is a 32 bit SSR used for 32 bit machines
x64 is for 64 bit machines
x86 can work on x64 machines but the recommendation is to use x64 SSR for x64 bit version.
