I've upgraded our System Recovery Management Solution 2013 to SP2 and was wondering whether doing so will automatically push the upgrade to the client machines?
My concern is that this will cause the client machines to automatically reboot.

It depends on how you have configured the upgrade rule. But I should think it is disabled by default.

SSR-MS is not automatically pushing the RAWS agent updates.

I am unable to see where I can push out the update, as in it isn't clear that Service Pack 2 is available although Symantec Installation Manager shows that it is installed.

If installed SP2 via SIM, then SP2 is ready for rollout via the SSR MS. You can see the push under packages and policies -->Upgrade policies.

Thanks for the reply.
The only thing I can see under upgrade policies is the agent plug in.
There are options for with and without user interface 2013 under update policies however I can't find anything that explicitly says SP2.
