I am trying to run SSR 2013 on 2008 x64 bit machine and I am getting error "Cannot emunerate current drives on this system", When I open SSR 2013 it stuck on "Reading Drive Information" and doesn't show anything. Currenlty I am not able to run backup. I followed the following articles :
http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH191864
http://www.symantec.com/connect/forums/ssr-2013-does-not-see-disks-server-2008-r2-physical-machine
1. Symantec System Recovery
2. SymTrackService (I cannot see this service under services.msc)
Please feel free to share inputs
Thanks

have you run a repair of the installation yet ?
0) Install SSR 2013 SP1
1) Try to run fixinstall.bat

Thanks for the update Makus, I guess the above 2 steps required reboot.
Without downtime I cannot reboot the server .... I'll update you once I have the downtime for the server.
Thanks for you help Markus.

Another suggestion - if you can access the location you downloaded SSR 2013 from, download the insall files again. SSR 2013 SP1 has replaced the SSR 2013 builds and there were some installation issues built into SP1. If you don't want to take that step, you can run LiveUpdate after the current install is repaired as long as those required services are installed.

Have you been able to resolve the issue yet ?
