Hello,

I have a problem with SSR 2013 SP4 with Windows 7

Since start, i have a error when i doing a backup : 

Erreur EBAB001A : Une exception inconnue s'est produite pour RPAMConfiguration.cpp 485.

I reinstalling SSR 2013, patch with sp4, recreating a neww backup and i have always this problem.

What to do?

Yes, the backup is successful and the restore also.

I backup C: and D: , it's the same hard disk. I backup to usb hard disk.

Is the backup successful despite this error?

What are you backing up (which volumes)? And where are you backing up to?

OK, so it sounds like a 'cosmetic' problem then? I would recommend you open a support case so this can be investigated further.
