Details: 0xE4F3000E

This is what we have already done:

- In Trend Micro Antivirus we have excluded the Symantec folder
- attached new external USB Drives
- removed old Devices from the device list
- created new backup jobs
- split the jobs, one for each drive
- changed backup start time
- turned encryption on/off
- weekly defrag of drives (max. 3-4% fragmentation)
- manually creating a shadowcopy works OK
- ran C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec System Recovery\Fixinstall.bat

Additional information:

> vssadmin list providers: "Microsoft Software Shadow Copy provider 1.0" (should be standard for 2013 version)

- If we run "vssadmin list writers", many appear in a " bad state" and we only can fix this with a server restart.
- After the server restart, every writer is fine and the backup works for a few days (max 1 week)
- However, if you log onto the server and manually start the backup, it works! Only the scheduled job aborts after 10 minutes.

Any ideas or tips on what we can do to try and resolve this problem? Many thanks.
