FTP string setup

I am trying to get the proper ftp string to connect to an off site computer.  The off site computer has an external hard drive to which "J" is the letter assigned to it.  I have a WAN IP and my local off site machine IP.  The ftp string below is what I thinking about using, but any guidance would be most appreciated.  I am using X's instead of the real WAN IP numbers

Is that anywhere close to what the string should be?

Also, in the "Configure FTP" in BESR8, should I leave the default port at 21?

Thanks agian.

Hi John,
To use the offsite feature as FTP you will need an FTP server at the offsite client (with the J: drive.)
you can use Bulletproof FTP server or any FTP server you can buy or use freeware.

Haddock is correct, you will need a FTP server to use the Offsite-FTP option, you might want to look into using a VPN over your WAN connection so to simply see the j drive as share.
