I'm having backups fail on one of my servers. It appears to be failing becase it can't delete the backups on the NAS. Not sure what I need to do to fix it or why it's happening on just this server. Any advice would be most apperciated. The message in the event log is listed below.

It looks like you are doing file/folder based backups. Is there any particular reason why you are not doing volume-level backups of this server (which is the preferred method) ?

I am but we have a large share on this server and I wanted to be able to do file level restores. I also believe I has resolved this issue. But will wait until I can prove it before commenting.

You can still do file-level restores, even from volume-level backups.
