File Share Resource service showed offline after install BESR 2010
[Environment]
OS - Windows 2003 Storage Server R2 sp1 x86 32bit
The number of affected systems - 2 systems (with MSCS environment)
[I had done following two weeks beforehand in order to save boot time]
Installed .NET Framework 2.0
Installed Backup Exec System Recovery Plug-in for the Altiris Agent
[Seen Error]
When installing BESR 2010, the install hangs and the application event log shows Event ID 1013, "ERROR: Failed to have success running InstallVSSProvider function in MSIInstallVSSProvider Function.".

File Share Resource service shows online after uninstall BESR 2010
[What I want]
Is the issue that file share resource service goes offline avaialble caused by our BESR installation?
If so, Is there any guides on how to to prevent the problem?
