GRO reports "Error encountered while preparing the Message Store..."

Trying out BESR SBS version 10 on an SBS2003 virtual box.  All seems to work fine except the GRO to recover individual mailboxes - which is kind of impoertant to us.  Anyone got any ideas?  A hotfix was alluded to in a supp[ort article I found, but I have not been able to find the hotfix.

Ensure you have SP2 of BESR 2010 installed on the server. You can download the SP2 from:

fileconnect.symantec.com

Or you can also run Live updates and install SP2 of BESR 2010.

Hi

Thanks for the response.  BESR 2010 is already latest version available for download and has had Live Update run on it twice.  Reports version as 9.0.2.37914  On first run, Live Update did some updating, now reports All Up To Date.

Exchange Server 2003 already up to SP2 and Microsoft Update reports no other patches available.

Anything else worth trying?
