Getting An MSI Installation Error when trying to install Backup Exec System Recover 2010

I am in the process of testing Backup Exec System Recovery 2010 to replace Backup Exec all together when I install the Trial version on the domain controller I get the following error message.

  Error:  Failed to have success running InstallDriver function in MSIInstallDriver Function.

The system also has the following installed
  Backup Exec 11d
  MS Exchange 2003 Std
 
It also has a HP Tape Library Unit connected to it.

I have used the same installation on 2 other machines to test with and the installation went fine, so I don't think is is a bad download or copy.

The System is an HP ProLiant 2 with mirrored drives.

Were you able to find a solution?  I am having the same error on a Windows 2003 Server with SQL 2005.
