GoFlex Offsite B drive is not recognized in Status

GoFlex Offsite B drive is not recognized in Status. However as screen shots show there are current recovery points. These recovery points can be accessed with recovery point browser.

Question: Why is Status showing Offsite B with red X?

Thanks a bunch.

Bob

Markus and Chris,

Per Chris,

That's because the Status Reporting is set to FULL. Look at the screenshot (https://www.veritas.com/community/sites/default/fi...).... just select the drive, then click on Customize status reporting, then select No status reporting.

That removed the offsite drive from Status. Solved.

Sorry so late in responding. I was not getting emails on this post.

Cheers,

Bob

Did I get it right that there is a second GoFlex drive attached to the system?

That's because the Status Reporting is set to FULL. Look at the screenshot (https://www.veritas.com/community/sites/default/files/Status_3.png).... just select the drive, then click on Customize status reporting, then select No status reporting.

The status screen is showing the drives you are backing up. Since this drive is only for offsite copy, you don't need to report on it.

Hope that helps.
