Hard drives not recognized SSR 2013

Installed SSR 2013 on Win Vista system; went to configure backup, SSR showed no source or destination drives, in fact, no drives, nada.

Under Help-->Info or About. I'm not quite sure. You should see 11.0.X. X is the service pack.
