No, the hardware RAID disks would simply appear as basic disks on the restore system. Creating dynamic volumes first might help, but restoring to disk with pre-existing disk structures is always a daunting task and typically does not work. I would restore as basic disks to unallocated space initially and back into windows make these disk dynamic (i.e. Software RAID).
