I recently installed Dragon Naturally Speaking 11 on desktop computer that has backup exec system recovery desktop 2010 running.
The computer blue screens (reports conflict with csrss.exe) when besr backup is running. After uninstalling dragon, the backups returned to normal.
I reinstalled dragon and put command in BESR that stops the dragon service (DragonSvc) before snapshot and restarts it after backup is finished and the backkups work. My computer does have a solid state drive for C disk that is connected to sata 3 connector on motherboard. This could be an issue but the problem could be more general.
