Having some issues with BESR2010

A co-worker came in from out of town with some BESR 2010 issues, I went to uninstall and them reinstall...well I keep getting these errors

I have tried the uninstall BESR2010 tool, I even tried the Symantec wipe out to see if that would get rid of it and it's a no go. I have googled it to death and cannot find a legitimate fix for this issue. I would rather not call and make a case out of it but I will if I can't get any feedback from the forums. I would appreciate any help please??

What error are you getting? Are you following this document exactly?

I thought the picture of my error posted and it did not...

 it says:

File "c:\program files\symantec\backup exec system recovery\agent\spnregister.dll" cannot be found. make sure the file is on target system or installed already

then it gives me error:

failed to have success running uninstall driver function in msiuninstallDriver function

And yes, I followed the instructions exactly, both files are in the same folder and when I ran it, came up with command prompt looking box and said to reboot, I reboot with same log-in and nothing happens. BESR2010 is not listed in the program files nor in the add/remove programs but when I go to re-install BESR gives me the do you want to fix, change, uninstall option instead of just install option. I have tried all three options and they all give me the same two erros above.

I will try this today and see if it works, the guys laptop I need to work on travels a lot so hopefully I can catch him before he goes back out of town.

Thanks for the suggestion!

Ah, we see this error most commonly in Windows 7. If that is on the customer's machine, the technote Neer sent should fix it. Good luck.
