How-To Specify a Description for a Recovery Point

I would like to know how to create a description associated with a recovery point. Although the documention does mention the description property as "Displays a user-assigned comment that is associated with the recovery point" but doesn't mention how it is done. I've searched but so far am stumped, any help would be appreciated.

You specify it via the gui when you create the recovery point using the ssr console.
