How do I reinstall with norton ghost

koden
Not applicable
hello...

I have for some time ago made a ghost image of my computer.
I put the c_drive.v2i file on my USB hard drive. size is 6 GB.

But now I have to use it to reinstall my PC.

I just don't understand how to do it.....

I would say that i need a boot floppy that can boot up my pc and install the c_drive.v2i file.

But I don't know how to make this boot floppy or CD that can see my c_drive.v2i file on the USB disk.

Is that something I can get some help to on this forum???

The Norton Ghost 12.0 product CD is used to install the product and to start a computer by using the recovery environment. This disk is known as Symantec Recovery Disk. If you do not have this CD you'll need to fill out the replacement media sheet in your manual, or contact consumer support. If you are using Norton Ghost 14 then you should check out hte following link: http://service1.symantec.com/Support/powerquest.nsf/docid/2008011102215362
