How to Restore Windows 8.1 using the Symantec Recovery Disk (SRD) and Restore Anyware (RAO)

Greetings.

Can someone point me to the current version of the Symantec Tech Doc listed below?

This article worked great for Windows 7. Now I am tasked with validating the restore process for windows 8.1 and Symantec System Recovery 2013 (with sp2). The restore may to to identical hardware or if need be dissimiliar hardware.

It's basically the same process - there are no differences as far as 8.1 is concerned.

If you select the system index file (sv2i) for restore, SSR will automatically select the relevant partition for booting (marked active).
