I have been running SSR R2 Desktop Edition for a few years now (was a Ghost user forever) and have learned that the Symantec Backup and Recovery suite of products went to Veritas when they sold Veritas off (hell of a loss, if I might add). Where do I now go for support; telephone numbers, sites, etc. I understand there is now a Veritas System Recovery 16 which is mostly cosmetic changes and a relabeling to Veritas. I currently do not have any support contract with Symantec for SSR so how do I go about finding how to upgrade if I would want to do that and specifically, what changes have been made in the VOX 16 version.
