I have received my upgrade notification, downloaded and installed SSR 2011.
It has installed in Trial Mode, awaiting insertion of new license key. I may be being really dense, but I have just spent half an hour trying to figure out how to get the license key from http://licensing.symantec.com:
I log on...
Go to 'Get a license key'
Choose 'Version Upgrade'
Enter my Upgrade Notification #
I am shown my recent upgrade details, with a note that 'All licenses have been upgraded'. I only have the one. There is a link to 'view licenses'. If I click that I get the new serial number for the 2011 product, not the license key.
Any other route I take on the site either brings me back to the same point or fails to produce anything useful at all.
Can anyone enlighten me? Or am I just too quick off the starting blocks for my own good and Symantec haven't actually set this up yet?

Hi,
If all licenses are registered in your portal account, you can do the manual upgrade.
When searching for all pending Version Upgrades, use the “Only License Keys with Available Updates” from the uppermost search menu to locate all licenses within your account that have pending upgrades.
To do this, follow the directions below:
This will only the licenses that your account has claimed ownership of that are eligible to be upgraded.

No worries at all. Mine is only a suggestion. Nice to hear you already have the keys. ;)
