I have valid keys but it remains a trial version

I think I must have activated the software successfully a 1000 times, but still it remains at trial version. And furthermore a trial version with little or no time left. Customer Care says the key are fine...


Any thoughts ??

Are you activating while running with administrator rights?
What operating system are you running on?  If Vista or Windows 7, try activating with UAC turned off.
Try also with any antivirus and/or antispyware programs disabled.
If still no success, uninstall the software completely, and reinstall to a different folder and try again.
The nature of your problem looks like the registration process is being blocked from completing either due to a lack of user permissions, or due to software restrictions being applied by your security and antivirus software.

You could also  check your permissons on the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Backup Exec System Recovery\9.0
