Hi
Since 2 weeks , it is impossible to use SSR 2013 . I have an error message and a problem with Symantec Driver .
Please find the screen capture .
I need a solution to sort out of this problem

You could try to run fixinstall.bat in the symantec program directory.

Thank you Markus for your fast response .
I can remember now when the problem has appeared . It was when I upgraded Norton Security to replace Norton 360 . I used from the technician of Norton , Norton removal tool and after I noticed the problem .First I thougth to reinstall SSR 2013, but I was not sure and want to have your advice
I have run fixinstall .bat without succes .

I have solved the problem :
I have re unstalled SSR 2013 . So I have losts my previous saves .
I have SSR 2013 but not the upgrade SSR 2013 R2 . I don't if it is better . Do you have this upgrade ans what are the differences ?

Yes it is this software that I used .
On my laptop , I have also unstalled Norton Security ant there are also Norton Ghost 15 . Before to use Norton Removal Tool , probably the same day , I had time to check that NRT do , and I saw that it ununstall Norton Ghost 15. So I didn'use Norton Removal Tool
