We are trying to get backup Retrieve to work with our system. I am using Manager 8.0 and do not have lights out restore. (I thought it came with manager). Anyway,
I started an indexing server and checked the box for the index to work when I backed up an XP box. When the backup retrieve is launched from this box i get a certificate error.Then I continue to the site and a message in the browser comes up and says that the BERetrieve resource is not available. Something about Apache Tomcat ???
I didn't see anything in the manual about this. Is this another plug-in that I must buy? I can load an agent with Recovery point browser but the Agent without it has already been deployed. That would require quite a bit of rework.
I have searched the forum for Apache , BERetrieve and Index server didn't get a hit. I could use a bit of direction on this.
