Install Symantec System Recovery 2013 Plug-In Failed to Start

I've just upgraded to SSR MS 2013 R2 and Hotfix 6 with point fix and now the Plug-In fails to Install on any client.

Unfortunately the Altiris Logs folder is no longer available and so I can't see what is going wrong.

Prior to applying the PointFix I could see it was complaining about a logon failure: unknown username or bad password.

And at one point the symantec service account had been locked out.

I can install the Plug-In manually by using the downloaded installer from the command line however then the actual SSR R2 2013 package fails to install.

No error messages, nothing in the logs or the event viewer just Run Failed

The Management Agent 7.5 is installed and working.

Pretty much everyone is not impressed and I just want to disappear down a hole.

Ok, it appears I need to reboot the client after each install, this wasn't the case prior to 2013 R2

Can you open a support call for this? I personally haven't upgraded our SSR-MS yet, so sorry.
