Installation problem with Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery R2/Solutionsam.com

When using the Symantec Installation Manager to install Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery SP2, on the "Notification Server Configuration" screen, It attempts to download some packages from "http://www.solutionsam.com" however comes up with  "A file not found error has occurred while trying to download or copy".

This happens with quite a few packages and means the application cannot be installed.

It then shows an error saying "The following files have failed to validate", please see the screenshots below for full paths and pack names.

Found a fix:

1. Start SIM (Symantec Installation Manager)

2. Click on Settings

3. Cilck on 'Change product listing...'

4. Select symantec.pl.xml and click OK

Then installed new version of SIM and now allows install. Why is the new version of SIM not included if its a requirement ?!!

It should still work with the BESRMS.pl.xml file so not sure what has caused that to start failing. I might test that here when I get time.
