I receive a license key for a product that returns an invailid key message. Since this is an NFR product through a charity donation I cannot get support through normal channels. Anyone have any idea's about how to get this resolved?

Even thou its an NFR license, it will still work, but it also depend on what software you running, maybe its not compatible.

The license key and teh software should be on the same version. Contact Customer care at 1-800-721-3934 to verify the validity and the version of the license key that was provided.
